Generally, domestic orders made before 2pm AEST are dispatched that day (excluding ‘Same Day Delivery’ orders as per the below). International orders are processed within 24 hours.

Please be aware that purchases made during collection launch periods may experience longer delivery times. This applies to all item purchases unless Same Day Delivery is selected at checkout.

Yes, BOTEH is pleased to offer this premium service. Please note, delivery is by 6pm the same day the order is placed. Orders must be processed before 12pm for Same Day Delivery to apply. It is essential that the recipient is available to sign for the parcel at the time of delivery.

BOTEH ships our garments from Australia, as such, if you’re an international customer please note that you are responsible for any corresponding customs & duties within your own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. BOTEH is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

Yes, for deliveries within Australia BOTEH can ship to a PO Box address, but unfortunately we cannot ship to hotels. If you are an international customer please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes or hotels.

No, you can simply check out via PayPal Express or as a guest. If you change your mind and decide to create an account at the end of your purchase process then you will be presented with the option to input a password of your choice, which will then create your account. We recommend creating an account for a seamless checkout experience, easier order tracking and store credit management.

We’ve all been there.. If you happen to have forgotten your password and need to reset, go to the SIGN IN page by clicking on the top right and on ‘forgotten password’, then follow the prompts. An email will be sent to you with a new password. Alternatively, if you wish to change your password, SIGN IN to your account and select from the right toolbar to update your password.

As much as possible, BOTEH wants you to really love your purchase. As such, we do offer returns and exchanges on full-priced ‘as new’ items.. Please note you have 30 days from receipt of your order to email us at returns@boteh.com.au regarding your desire to return items. Please note that refunded and credited amounts do not include original shipping costs.

 

For all swimwear, customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if deemed removed, altered, or if the item shows other signs of wear.

BOTEH reserves the right to deny refunds if the returned item does not meet our return policy requirements.

Your BOTEH Credit Note is assigned to your online account. This means that when you make your next purchase you will be presented with the option to choose to use your Credit Note as a payment method at checkout and the amount will then be deducted from your total order value.

Give the gift of freedom, beauty and ease with BOTEH. Gift Cards can be purchased at www.boteh.com.au. BOTEH Gift Cards are available in AUD$ only and expire 36 months from the date of purchase. You can opt to have the Gift Card emailed directly to the recipient as an e-card or have it sent to your email to pass on. If you’re a little nostalgic and prefer to receive a physical Gift Card in our signature packaging simply email hello@boteh.com.au and our team would be more than happy to make that happen.

BOTEH very much believes in second chances. Simply go to the product you wish to purchase, select the colour and size - if the style is out-of-stock an ‘email address’ field will appear. If the style is restocked you will be notified via email once we receive delivery.
