Returns

Domestic returns (Australia & NZ)

14 days from purchase for either exchange, refund or store credit.

*Prepaid return label available for either an exchange of equal value, refund less $10 shipping or full store credit

International Returns (US, EU & Rest Of The World)

30 days from purchase for either exchange/refund less $35, or full store credit. $35 USD flat rate return labels now available. Please email hello@boteh.com.au for instructions..
