Return Window & Costs
Return timeframes and prepaid label costs vary by region. See our Shipping & Returns page for details specific to your location.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unaltered and unwashed
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase from our online store
Full Price Items
Full price items can be returned for a full refund, store credit or size exchange.
Sale Items
Sale items and items purchased with a discount code are not eligible for a refund. They can be returned for store credit or size exchange only. We recommend choosing carefully or contacting hello@boteh.com.au before purchasing.
Gift Cards
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Gift With Purchase
If your order included a complimentary gift:
- Returning your full order ~ the gift must also be returned in unused condition. If not returned, its value may be deducted from your refund.
- Partial return that drops your order below the qualifying spend ~ the gift must also be returned. If not returned, its value may be deducted from your refund.
- Exchanges that keep your order above the qualifying spend ~ you're welcome to keep the gift.
How To Process A Return
Step 1 — Lodge your return within your return window. See our Shipping & Returns page for the timeframe and process that applies to your region.
Step 2 — Attach the prepaid return label and drop off your parcel. Label costs vary by region — see Shipping & Returns for your rate.
Step 3 — Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or store credit within 3 business days. Store credits are delivered by email and are valid for 3 years.
Faulty Items
In the rare event you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact hello@boteh.com.au as soon as possible with a photo of the fault and your order number. For faulty items we offer repair, replacement or full refund. Claims made more than three months after purchase are processed at BOTEH's discretion. Items damaged through regular wear, accident or misuse are not considered faulty.
Please Note
BOTEH reserves the right to refuse returns at our discretion. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. Excessive or habitual returns may be flagged and refused.
